Selling an ANR collection

This year my life has taken a very different direction, which has left me sadly unable to play ANR regularly (I haven't played a game in 3+ months now and it doesn't look like that's going to change any time soon). With the upcoming tournament rule changes (even if they make The Professor awesome!) ...

Right, I've checked and I can make this. I will only be able to make 3 rounds sadly. Fingers crossed for the jankiest IDs :D

Re: Tournament: Gloucester Games Bunker Wednesday 24th Sept

I'll be there! Rocking my hastily built Nasir and Jinteki: RP decks :-)

@Vapo: that pricing kinda makes sense seeing as Worcester is quite a bit closer to Brum than Chelt is. Its only faster because that route is a main line from Bristol to Mancs.

Re: Board Games

Stephen, there used to be a boardgame group who met at the Royal Union pub at the same time as we did on Wednesdays. They moved on to other pubs, due to various issues but I think they're still going. There should be details on BGG. My recent purchases include Android: Infiltration (which is a fun d...

Boards of Canada

I'm guessing I'm not the only fan of the Scottish electronic duo known as Boards of Canada *winks knowingly at sixtyten* - so I thought it'd be interesting to see if there were any others out there in the Netrunner meta or at least to introduce some of you to them. BoC are probably best described as...

Where are the sleeves?

I'm holding out from buying proper sleeves for my cards until FFG release Netrunner specific ones - but there's still no sign of them. Does anyone have any idea if/when they'll be coming?

I know Cerberus uses very nice sleeves - does anyone else have good alternatives?

Re: Interested in drafting?

Picked up my draft packs today from Proud Lion.

Are we thinking of giving it a run this month? If so, I can probably do it on the 26th but otherwise my calendar is pretty full.

Sad I couldn't make more of these. Next time hopefully!

However, the fact I got a win with a Chum'd Neural Katana whilst on 20+ credits will always stay with me.

Re: Interested in drafting?

I'd definitely be up for some drafting. I agree that I don't think it suits a league format - but a big single event would work fine.

[Cheltenham] New Year Proud Lion League

With the New Year fast approaching, I was thinking it would be good to make use of the prize kit we have at Proud Lion - right now, I'm considering an achievement-based league throughout January rather than purely win- or play-all-identities/factions-based. So far the best suggestions I've found on ...

Sadly the Games Bunker only meets on Wednesday. So far, we've not been able to find a venue that would be suitable on a Tuesday.

Re: Wednesday Night Netrunner

IMPORTANT UPDATE Due to several factors, we're going to be moving the weekly Wednesday night Netrunner from the Royal Union to the Gloucester Games Bunker, which meets at the Gloucester Deaf Association, Colin Rd, Gloucester GL4 3JL. It's £2.50 for the night and there's free parking. They're very h...

Re: Saturday Morning Netrunner

When we last ran a league, you could only play 1 league game against an opponent per week, but there were no restrictions about who could play who - it was a free for all every week. We could consider a more structured league - however, if someone joins but then can't make it regularly, it can signi...

Re: Saturday Morning Netrunner

I'll be about tomorrow at the usual time.

As for next event - I'm easy, would be happy to play whatever. Once draft makes it over, I'd definitely like to give that a go - but I don't know how long we're going to have to wait for it?

Re: [Deck] HB Big ICE

I'm with Cerberus there. I don't feel that NEXT actually suits a big ice deck really - it doesn't have any innate way to rez big ice and by playing NEXT, you have to have so many ice you just can't afford to bring so many economy cards. Efficiency Committee is *really* good - I had it scored against...

Re: Wednesday Night Netrunner

Just as an FYI, I won't be at the Royal Union this Wednesday, got other things planned I'm afraid. On the topic of changing venues, I don't have that much useful to put in - so far I've not found anywhere in a more accessible part of Cheltenham that's suitable. Tuesday generally seems like the best ...
