Re: Proud Lion Store Championship (Hosted at Gloucester) 8 M

Hi! I'm definitely coming, as is Seb. As for buses, they run every 10-15 minutes from the town centre (which is 2 minutes from the train station. You want the Number 10 travelling to Brockworth and want to get off by the M&S Petrol Station on Hucclecote Road. The Venue is on the opposite side of...

Perhaps -1 Errand Boy -1 Boot Camp +1 Grim +1 Elizabeth Mills? Allows you to bounce Grim without too much trouble and is preparation for all the Valencia builds that are going to crop up when Order and Chaos is out.

Re: Blue Sun + Grail ice deck

One comment is that you don't really have a big ice worth rezzing with Priority Req. You highest cost is, what, Merlin at 6? I think that 3 Corporate War, 3 NAPD, 1 Government Contracts, 1 Hades Fragment, 1 Utopia Fragment would be a more brutal agenda mix up. NAPD is just awesome. Corporate War is ...

Re: MN: Tagstorm

It's a tough one. Deck space is tight, but even something as dull and boring as an Archived Memories could help you bring back a trashed Manhunt or Jackson or even act as a second Scorched early if the runner makes a or is forced into a mistake and ends the turn tagged.

Re: Weyland: Our Way or the Highway

On another note, I have had some interesting comments from others about some of my opinions within the article, particularly that Weyland really suffers from a lack of economy. What are other people's views on this? I mean HB have Green and Blue Level Clearance, Adonis, Eve and Successful Demo. Jint...

Re: Weyland: Our Way or the Highway

Glad you liked the write up Gaz. I just wanted to make one note - in moving the article between operating systems and emailing it to Chimpster the reference for the Supermodernism section went AWOL. This is taken in almost it's entirety from The Satellite Uplink blog. As this blog is (I think) no lo...

Re: MN: Tagstorm

I think the other factor is that once one Astroscript is scored, the runner has to escalate which plays into this decks hands.

Re: Blue Sun Theory Crafting

Hi Martin, You deck feels like it is half-heartedly trying to do a lot of things at the moment. For example - 2 Sea Source screams "I want to kill you", but only 2 scorched? - 2 Oversight 2 Beanstalk - 2 Off the Grid/2 Crisium Grid Also, I know Mother Goddess seems to do good work for you ...

Re: Seeing Double: Twins + Bad Words ICE out of Foundry

Ok, so I think your biggest problem at the moment is the lack of early game ice. Archer, Ichi, Wotan, Janus, Heimdall and Inazuma are all ice you don't really want in your opening hand. Even Lotus Field and (if you make the change) Victor 2 are hard to palate rezzing turn 1 or 2. I know you are plan...

[Cheltenham] Asking a favour......

Hi all,

I am just writing to ask a favour. I am going to move to playing Criminal for a while and have the small snag that I only have 2 core sets and so only 2 Desperado. Does anyone have one I can borrow for a week or two? I am hoping to get a third core set soon.

Thanks!

Re: In space, nobody can hear you scream.

The only problem I see with a low ice deck like this, as opposed to Jinteki PE (who have Snare, Fetal, Shock etc...), is that the runner has no fear from tearing apart your R&D with multiaccess. Same with HQ. Have you tried fitting in something to counter this? Further, Agg Sec seems like a bit ...

Looking forward to this tonight! On here or by PM is fine. Thanks in ...

Re: Kate, Immortal Atman

I've been managing to squeeze a D4v1d into my Katman decks which has really helped with the higher strength ice, especially after a purge. Also stops some of the Blue Sun schenanigans (which is funny as that is the corp I play....).
