Re: Wednesday Night Netrunner
May not be able to attend on the Wednesday for the next few weeks, but as soon as the semester finishes, my late night wednesday lecture is no more. There will be much rejoicing.

Re: Second Thoughts
Can't decide if my Jinteki deck benefits from profiteering/clone retirement instead of gila hands and another agenda of my choice. I like the idea of having an agenda I can score out of hand on match point with an upside. Will mean increasing agenda density potentially though. What does everyone els...

Still in the uni library working on this damn essay. Looking increasingly unlikely that I'm going to make it. Next week for sure though.

Re: Wednesday Night Netrunner
Yeah, I'm a grand 0 words into a 2000 word portfolio with England v Germany on the telly Tuesday, my eldest boy has a birthday on friday and a party on saturday and I then have another assignment due Monday. Stressful week. Having said that, I still hope to make Netrunner on Wednesday, always the op...

Anyone have any ETA from Ben on its arrival upon our hallowed shores?
Anyone excited for any cards in particular?

Re: Wednesday Night Netrunner
May not be be able to make this Wednesday, an assignment is due the same evening and to say I'm behind on it is an understatement. Hopefully I'll get on top of it tomorrow but I'm a little concerned!

Re: [Deck] HB Big ICE
Sigh, I agree completely but the problem is that it instantly turns it to ETF indentity and once again I have failed to build a NEXT deck
As soon as the deck dips below 20 ICE, Next seems a little risky.

Re: [Deck] HB Big ICE
Howler is certainly much better in ETF, it is tempting, I always end up starting with NEXT and end up going to ETF though, trying to resist damn it! I want to love sherlock, just for the art alone but I end up just sticking with Ichi every time, one of my favourite pieces of ICE

HB Big ICE
So working on a new deck idea, something a little bit crazy and maybe not tournament worthy, but fun nevertheless. Looking for some ways to improve it and sharpen it up a little. Not too sure on the howlers but it's a great way to etr once for just a credit. Awakening centre is a bit of fun, again n...

Re: Awakening Centre
Ah, didn't realise it had to be rezzed to host - still, I may give it a go. 7 credit reduction isn't to be sneezed at in my deck. Planning on running a NEXT deck with about 22-24 ICE, loads of massive stuff etc. I think it should be fun

Awakening Centre
Trying to make awakening centre work as best I can and have a couple of questions; When you host ICE on it, does the ICE have to be hosted horizontally to show that it's ICE? (Assuming yes) If the runner bounces off a piece of hosted ICE, they cannot trash awakening right? If chum is the innermost p...

Re: Wednesday Night Netrunner
I'm in the middle of building a crazy corp deck for wednesday, nice to be playing around with something different after a month of Jinteki (not knocking it mind!).
Short on runner ideas though, thinking maybe a full throated noise mill deck, having too much fun with my corp deck though atm :p

Re: Wednesday Night Netrunner
Was thinking of building a Kit deck as well. Looking at a yogasaurus type deck with some personal touches and tutors. May bring something along on wednesday along those lines, may change before then (a distinct possibility). If you femme a piece of ICE and then run against it, does it become code ga...

Re: Cheltenham Netrunners on the road!
Yeah I can mute it completely, if it makes it clearer I may do that for future ones. Do like the general hubbub though, makes the tornie sound as busy as it was. May see if I can try and quiet it down a bit.

Another one up at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X4lCtp7oFn8
Quality is just as horrific
Figured out it's the camera rather than any settings. My fault for not testing it properly before I came! Shame, it fit on my tripod so nicely!

Re: Cheltenham Netrunners on the road!
Righty, first video up - quality is pretty damn awful sadly but have a look - tell me what you think. Gonna have to work on a better recording solution - not sure if the settings were wrong or whether the camera is just crap. Will post up an article on the site with all videos once I've finished a f...
