Re: Jank in the Deckbox - New Mafia Game

And the night ended.

The cards looked about them to find what was missing, and lo, and behold

SavvySteve was lying outside the deckbox dead - Hades Shard , its last desperate act revealing all the previous dead now possibly for nothing.

With 7 dead only 4 are required for a lynch!

Re: Weekly Casual Meetup

Pete Douglas is.... Nero Severn: Information Broker & Harishchandra Ent.: Where You're the Star --- OK people. Who wants to volunteer to help make Pete decks? My own collection is being stretched a little thin at the moment, especially Criminal wise, as I am making for both Geist and Khan at the...

Well you'd be welcome but I might dispute the "newer player" aspect just a TAD.

Re: Tournament, evening 20th of February

No. Because they're Monday evening little events we tend to treat them as "Oxford" rather than "Readoxershot" . Same as Reading's Tues/Wed (whichever evening it is) events.

Tournament, evening 20th of February

Hello all. I plan to hold a mini tournament for us all on the 20th of February. Prize support will be some leftover from the Oxford Non-SC & the GNK kit that Meeples have brought in for us. After some feedback from the community I am going to propose that this tournament be a Random ID tournamen...

Re: Weekly Casual Meetup

I will be down this evening. As an aside Simon at meeples has noticed that our turnout is a bit variable. In an ideal world if people want to give an indication of F-Book or here if they are coming or not and I notice a rather large turnout I can speak to him during the afternoon and try and reserve...

Re: Weekly Casual Meetup

Sorry - I should have specified February! We had some further discussions about this and an alternate format has been floated. My instinct was that people might not want to do an alternative format as that is what we did last time, but on advice I will see what people feel like. 1 - A 1-1-1-1 format...

Re: Weekly Casual Meetup

Hello all. I will be down today with Jes, Sil & HB. I also have Lara decks with me in case she feels like showing (Omar and PE). I also have had confirmation from Meeples that they have a GNK ... er... kit for us (I can't think how to express this without resorting to a PIN number situation but....

Re: Dave Hoyland on deck building

Hello Fighting Walloon I thought this was an excellent article, but my opinion on such matters is not to be trusted as I am a really new player. Opinions can be just as valid as a new player - sometimes it is not just the content but how much it avoids the kind of short hand that only makes sense to...
