A few obvious comments:

1) Is a Turing on HQ or R&D not essentially game over? You currently have no means of breaking one and triple clicking through one regularly is a bit of a nightmare. Similarly, Swordsman. Wraparound is also annoying, but at least you can Knight it or pay your way through.

2) Do you not struggle against the everpopular (and ever annoying) NEH Team Sponsorship/Turtlebacks decks? Even HB with all of their campaigns must be annoying. I would be tempted to find room for a couple of Scrubber to preserve your economy whilst trashing assets. Also, I know you said you really liked them, but swapping up the SMCs for Bank Job (a MVP economy card at the moment) will give you some much burstier economy (and you have a lot of draw to find your programs anyways). Just a suggestion.

3) With D&D on the horizon (and with it Surveillance Sweep) Spinal Modem feels dangerous.

You should really slot your three Lampreys. That card is bananas and you should be running two or three copies in an Anarch deck where the win con is econ denial. At its worst it forces a rez on HQ, at its best you turn your Clone Chips into "the Corp skips their next two turns". You don't always 'get the headlock' early with them, but even late game, it means landing a Vamp can well mean you win. I actually don't hate Turntable as much in these decks for that sort of reason: sometimes AstroBiotics can get out one agenda quick and Shipment from SanSan and train the rest, but Turntable stops that and can be a nice card for Anarch econ denial decks.

Other than that, you're playing Anarch so slot your 3 Peddlers.

I'd cut down to 1 Keyhole, cut Imps for Scrubber(s?), and maybe try and find some cuts for Earthrise, you need your bits and bobs fast. I think you definitely want to play at least one Faust over Knight, but you might want to swap the lot. Last comment would be that Day Job is probably not at home in any deck with Kati Jones in it. I'd cut one of them, my chcoice would definitely be the Day Jobs, because you're not keeping up in econ with any slower deck otherwise.

Something you could also consider is cutting an SMC for 3 Career Fair (or Career Fair and X). Would help with getting running a little faster, and it has a tonne of good targets in this deck (even more so if you go for Earthrise). If you make this change, certainly find room for the third Daily Casts. If you've not tried the 2 Desperado version of this deck, that may be something to try before you stick to your guns with the SMCs. There are a lot of assets going about right now, and gaining money whilst you drain theirs with Lamprey feels fantastic.

been thinking about an anatomy of anarchy in 2015 deck, but it seems silly to be working on tag me with all the stuff thats about to hit the table... And then without the account siphons it feels a bit meh... May give it a go anyway. Just spam out siphons vamps and lampreys using eater/faust and then keyhole till you win.

My Quetzal experience recently has been that the large amount of HB with assets around have really made it tough to land good siphons. Also Turntable is needed against NEH, you likely won't be able to stop the first astro, but if you can turntable it and then keep their economy low they can't just chain out from low credits.

I tried really hard with Red Queen for a while, but found with all the NEH that straight swap out for Quetzal meant I could turn off the Wraparound and land early Siphon or otherwise pressure.

With the Asset plethora at the minute I've even thought about Whizzard.

I tried briefly to squeeze Paparazzi and WNP into AoA as that's a horrible set of cards for the corp to work through (I managed to survive going tag-me early on against Seamus' Argus deck). Just think it's too many slots, though, as you probably need 5-7 cards to make it work, compared to just 3 plascretes. And of course it gives no protection from other tag punishment cards.

I've thought about this, but can you weigh up for me the benefit of Whizz over Val with 2/3 Scrubber? Yes, you've got +5 cards and you need to actually FIND the scrubber, but on the other hand you've got blackmails, the Bad Pub can be used anywhere on any run and not just for trashing, and you've even got a SLIGHT nerf to NAPD, which is still pretty popular.

I played around with reina for a while now and i think im going to shelve it. That first draft was a bit daft really, nothing in the way of draw. AoA really does seem to work better out of Quetzal at the minute.
