Chess silliness

Postby king_mob » Wed Oct 21, 2015 1:23 pm

The new FAQ has made caissa OP/tier 0 as we all knew it one day would be. Or something. Anyway, its fun to play gymkata with icebreakers again and have them flying all over the place. Neat fact - pawn can be placed on ice with other caissa on it already, and is the only caissa program that can do so.

Needs a mimic looking at it otherwise swordsman wrecks your day.

Caissa nonsense

Needs more Keyhole!

I might have to make this, just because I love chess. I have a bunch of chess pieces I can use to put on the ice (which is so much clearer than using the big text obscuring cards you always forget to account for with memory).

If you make it in Exile I will buy you a drink of your choice at casual night.

Street Chess already exists though, sadly. It's only Knight and Rook that benefit from the Scheherazade ruling.

Your probably right, but im not a fan of keyhole. I would go as far to say i hate it. Not playing against it, although it can be annoying, but because its soooo unbelievably slow in real life play. Running X times with keyhole and making your opponent shuffle properly X times takes forever. Also it can actually take a while in game terms to build up a decent amount of points in archives, in found.

I think exile street chess may be a bit easier to pull off now with the shez ruling, not enough to be good though :( one day exile, one day....

Without wishes to Exile hack this thread with Technical Writer coming out as well that kind of constant installing/rotating just because 1 credit more valuable each!

Yeah i was thinking technical writer. I think though once the rig is out more or less you dont actually need to install much. Using deep red you basically install to shez then move the program off anyway, shez in this instance is more value as it either halves the install cost or gives you a $, depending on the caissa.

Latest iteration. If you enjoy organizing a spreadsheet, this is the deck for you. The number of triggers you can get per click is insane. Why not add in street peddler and make it even stupider.

I dont actually play chess

Look at how often this deck Levys. I don't think it's much. I think Career Fair probably goes nicely in that slot.
Oh that, don't worry about that, it's my negotiating tank.

Literally every part of the deck, from the econ to the breakers to the draw, is one shot. Long games and your done for. RP or Blue Sun just laughs at your from behind towering walls of smugness. And ICE.

Levy resets things nicely.
