There is chatter of Democracy and Dogma being released soon, even in time for this event. Since we don't know when its actual release date I think it best to make it not legal for the event.

This would also make the next GNK at Reading the week after a different does anyone have thoughts on this?

I think a week cut-off is the normal and sensible one. I doubt we'll get D&D before the 2nd.

Democracy and Dogma will not be legal for the GNK, while I believe it might/is on some of the order sheets, to give everyone a fair chance it will not be legal.

If its out in time it might be legal for the GNK in Reading so people should go there the week after (16th). Although someone running the event can confirm that. It will also be nice to 'hopefully' see some different decks between the two events if people can pull themselves away from faust and astro.
